Tiki Cruise FAQs & Cancellation Policy
Planning a private tiki boat cruise on the North East River? Here are the details to help your group prepare.
How many people can come?
Up to six passengers, plus our captain and crew. Children count toward the six-passenger limit.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes! Bring your favorite food, snacks, and beverages. We provide a cooler, ice, and bottled water. Guests consuming alcohol must be 21 or older with a valid photo ID. Alcohol may only be consumed after leaving the dock.
How long are cruises, and what do they cost?
Standard private cruises are two hours; special cruises may vary. Our booking calendar shows current trip options, prices, departure times, and availability.
Is there a bathroom and shade?
Yes. Our boat has an onboard bathroom and a large thatched tiki roof for shade.
Are children welcome? Is the boat accessible?
Children are welcome and must be supervised by a parent or guardian. Ask us about suitable life jackets when booking. The boat is not wheelchair accessible; call us to discuss boarding needs.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We operate in light rain and passing showers. The captain may delay or cancel for thunderstorms, lightning, high winds, or unsafe conditions. If we cancel for unsafe weather, you receive a rescheduling credit for an available date in the same calendar year. Weather cancellations are not refunded.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations at least 14 days before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations 7–13 days before departure receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before departure, no-shows, late arrivals, and unused time are non-refundable. Rescheduling depends on availability.
What should we bring?
Bring your drinks, snacks, sunscreen (no spray sunscreen), and clothing suitable for the weather. Wear shoes you don't mind getting splashed. Smoking, vaping, and fishing are not permitted on board.
